The magnetic island.

There is not a person I know who don't know Ibiza. Everyone knows the party island. Yet very few know how mystical it is. The good thing is that everybody finds its own happiness. Paradise for ones, party temple for others, alone, with friends or family, you will always find the Ibiza that suits you. When I think of Ibiza, I think of white-sand beaches, fresh fish and magical sunsets. But I also think of its incredible healing energy which is not only magnetic but very positive and inspiring. Something special about it. Seaside meditation overlooking Es Vedra is a powerful experience for those who are in search of spirituality. Many locals along with yogis and gurus from all over the world come to Ibiza in quest of such journeys. For the record, Es Vedra is known to be the 3rd most magnetic spot on earth after the North Pole and the Bermuda triangle. It is also known to be the holy island of Tanit (Phoenician Goddess of fertility and protector of woman).

In short, what comes to my mind when I think of Ibiza and from my several summers spent there, is a place of natural beauty, intense power and magic.

I'd also like to make a point about the culinary experiences I had there. Between the chiringuitos and agroturism fincas, and from an epicurean point of view, I can tell you that you will not be deceived. Here is a non exhaustive list of the restaurants you should definitely try if you ever find yourself on the holy island: Amante, La Escollera, El Chiringuito, Beachouse, Ses Boques, La Granja, Can Domo, La Paloma, Macao, Yamanja, Es Calò, Es Molì de Sal, Beso Beach amongst many others.
